A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to secure your appointment.
The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Services will not be considered complete until final payment is received.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit credited toward a future booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or customer unavailability at the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
If unsafe weather conditions prevent the service from being completed, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future service.
If you are not satisfied with the service, concerns must be communicated before we leave the service location.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues on-site.
No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed and accepted.
Prices are based on the vehicle condition described at booking.
Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, or biohazards may require additional time and may result in a price adjustment upon inspection.
If the adjusted price is declined, the service may be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
