Refund policy

At Detail on Wheels, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile detailing services and clear, transparent pricing. Please review our refund policy before booking.

Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • Services will not be considered complete until final payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit credited toward a future booking.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or customer unavailability at the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If unsafe weather conditions prevent the service from being completed, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future service.

Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, concerns must be communicated before we leave the service location.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues on-site.

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed and accepted.

Vehicle Condition & Pricing Adjustments

  • Prices are based on the vehicle condition described at booking.

  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, or biohazards may require additional time and may result in a price adjustment upon inspection.

  • If the adjusted price is declined, the service may be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
