By booking or purchasing services from Detail on Wheels, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
A 50% deposit is required at checkout to secure your appointment.
The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Payment must be completed before the service is considered finished.
Failure to submit final payment may result in refusal of future services.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit applied as a credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or lack of access to the vehicle at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Detail on Wheels reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme temperatures).
In such cases, deposits will be applied to a future service at no additional charge.
Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
Customers must ensure:
The vehicle is present at the scheduled location and time.
Reasonable access to the vehicle is provided (keys, unlocked vehicle if required).
Adequate space is available to safely perform the service.
If the technician cannot access the vehicle or safely perform the service, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Pricing is based on the condition of the vehicle as described at booking.
Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, biohazards, or neglected interiors may require additional labor and may result in a price adjustment upon inspection.
If the customer declines the adjusted price, the service may be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Customers must inspect the vehicle and report any concerns before the technician leaves the service location.
We will make reasonable efforts to address issues on-site.
Once the service is completed and accepted, it is considered final.
No refunds will be issued after service completion.
Detail on Wheels is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, worn paint, faded trim, cracked leather, etc.)
Damage caused by loose items, aftermarket accessories, or fragile components
Customers are encouraged to disclose any known issues prior to service.
Detail on Wheels will not be held liable for issues that arise due to poor prior repairs or manufacturing defects.
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before the appointment.
Detail on Wheels is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left in the vehicle.
Detail on Wheels reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:
Unsafe working conditions
Aggressive or inappropriate behavior
Presence of hazardous materials
Misrepresentation of vehicle condition
Detail on Wheels’ liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Detail on Wheels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
